Mr. Monkeypresso is a Hungarian Vj who was living in Helsinkii 2007/2008 & now in Berlin. He worked as resident VJ for "Fag you" parties. 2007, he started to work on an A/V live-act with Moog Conspiracy (Elektrotribe). He made his first live'n'interactive performance during VJFEST Istanbul 2008, He’s now working on new performances and installations. In the last 2years Mr.MP has started to work on A/V projects and Net-Vjing, so as to develop his own live vj environment including generative visuals. Mr. Monkeypresso started his carreer within the Transrepro Visual Group (2001- 2005). Later, named Monkey Presso, the two members started to make their own animations, graphics and video. Monkey Presso during their 2 years have already worked with all kind of music groups from minimal through pop to jazz, as Dave Tipper, Tiesto, Loco Dice, Fischerspooner, Modeselektor, Freestylers, Dub Pistols and more... In December 2005, they directed and took part as VJs at the first Hungarian VJ-DVD, based on the novel of Hungarian writer Frigyes Karinthy. Monkey Presso has become the official visual team of Hairy Records since 2006, There is also a new bootleg set project with fine selection of Hungarian movies. Premier was in Melkweg, Amsterdam, 2007.
